Services and Pricing
Individual Therapy
All sessions are held online through a HIPAA compliant, secure telehealth platform.
Each session is 50 minutes priced at $140, moving to $150 starting March 1, 2023.
Only Individual sessions available at this time.
Insurance
I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Regence, United, Premera Blue Cross, Oscar Health, Oxford Insurance or private pay. As always, checking your own individual benefits is recommended prior to beginning services.
Understanding Pricing and Policies
I have set my hourly prices at a rate that allows for me to run my small business effectively and provide you with the highest quality of service. My pricing allows me to take on a smaller caseload of clients, which then allows me to dedicate more time outside of our sessions planning and preparing for our next session. The price is reflective of the quality of service you can expect.
Crisis Services
I do not provide crisis services.
